OBJECT OF THE GAME: Eggs-actly 3 is a quick game for 2 players or a small group. Groups should be divided into equal teams. The goal is to spell three letter words and larger. Eggs-actly 3 is designed for students in grades 2 and up.

MATERIALS NEEDED: At least one 30-sided letter dice, paper, and pencil.

TO PLAY: Player/Team 1 rolls the letter dice three times. The letters are recorded by Player/Team 2. Player/Team 2 has three minutes to correctly spell as many words as possible containing the three letters rolled. Correctly spelled words earn one point per letter.

Play continues with Player/Team 2 rolling the dice three times. Player/Team 1 records letters and has three minutes to spell as many words as possible. Scoring is the same.

If a "wild" or "vowel" is rolled, the Player/Team spelling selects and appropriate letter of his/their choice.

The Player/Team with the most points wins.

VARIATIONS:

1. For competitive play, the 30-sided letter dice are rolled three times. The letters are recorded. The first player to spell a word containing the three letters scores one point per letter.

2. The 30-sided letter dice are rolled and the letters recorded. Both Players/Teams correctly spell as many words as possible during the allotted time. Players/Teams earn one point per letter for correctly spelled words.
